AAC vs. Apple Lossless

Hey guys.  I was wondering if AAC music ripped from a CD at 320 kbps was better than using Apple Lossless.  I've tried both but don't have good enough phones to tell the difference

With all the technical stuff aside, if you can't hear any difference, then choose AAC for the smaller file size. If you know that you are going to be upgrading to better equipment, and still using the same audio files, than lossless may be the way to go.

Just my 2 cents.

No, of course not. How could something compressed/lossy ever be better than something uncompressed/lossless?

Technically yes, ALAC is better than AAC. However, in reality, you will most likely not be able to tell the difference between the two.
