I've had a Beyer Dynamic Headset for 2+ years now and I'm very satisfied with the sound and the quality. so now it's time for a new headset. I've been looking around and I've found two headsets I like Beyerdynamic Tesla T1 and Sennheiser HD 800 but I do not know which amp I should buy.

Im going to use this with my pc listen to music/movies/shows/games/mumble/teamspeak etc I will use this for everything . Im a total noob and I dont know  what info you need so I'll just give u everything

ASUS P6X58D-E, Socket-1366

Corsair Dominator GT DDR3 1866MHz 12GB

Corsair HX 1000W PSU

Creative SB X-Fi XtremeGamer   and   ASUS Xonar D2X/XDT, 7.1 channel

Intel Core™ i7 Quad Processor i7-930

Intel X25-M SSD 160GB 2,5",

Microsoft Windows 7

Silverstone Fortress II Midi Tower Sort

Sony Optiarc DVD±RW burner AD-7240S

ZOTAC GeForce GTX 480 1536MB AMP!

Do I need a separate cd player or is the 320kbps and a good soundcard good enough ?
I've seen that people on this forum are using different headsets for different types of music, Does this realy matter or does it depend on your likes, I like all kinds of music mainly rock/metal . Please come with suggestions for other things I can buy to get better sound.  thanks and sorry for the bad english =)

Honestly, your computer system is an overkill for 320kbps music playing. Heck, you don't even need much computing power for standard CD 16-bit 44.1kHz format ripped to the highest FLAC compression.

Anyways, you have decided on these 2 headphones after listening to them on your current system?

Regardless, you could get a better (cleaner) power supply, better (somewhat subjective of course) soundcard / outboard DAC, and a dedicated amplifier to say the least. The cost of this hobby can go as high as much as you're willing to dig into your pockets.

When I bought the computer to play APB without  any lagg, but 1 month after I bought the computer the game shut down, and I have to use it for something . I have not decided on what headset yet because I dont know anything about amp's, dac's etc, I dont know whats good and whats bad .. I want something I can plug my headset into and get awsome sound quality

The black unit at the very bottom is either a Audio-Gd NFB - 10ES or Audio-Gd NFB - 10WM. It's a headphone amp and DAC in one unit. They go for USD850 and USD780 respectively. These units are balanced. Which in other words mean you need a pair of headphones with 2 plugs to work.

The Audio-Gd DACs get some pretty good feedback here on head-fi. I've never heard them myself to tell you anything more except that the "Neutral flavors" DACs they make might be too revealing for your 320kbps music.

Anyways, maybe you could PM Zombie_X yourself for his opinion for a setup with the T1 since he has the headphones and looks like he has gone through quite a number of setups with it.
