I bought these about 3 months ago from Guitar Center new for $59.
The same week I bought the Pearstone Velour pads for $20 for these.
I DO NOT have the original pads for these.
The build quality on these is excellent. Comfort is very good and they sound good.
Overall I'd say they are quite neutral. They are the straight cable version.
I'm selling these only because I have too many headphones!
