Hello Head-fi,

 

Recently I've seen a couple posts on here about issues getting in touch with our customer service. I wanted to update you on the status. We are currently upgrading our customer service call centers and moving them to a new location. This has caused various logistical issues unfortunately. Some emails were getting lost and the phones have not been working as planned.

 

Those issues are being addressed and we should be at 100% by New Years.

 

That being said, if you are having any issues or have any questions about our products you may send me a message any time and I'll get you the answers. You may also post in this forum but messaging me is quicker.

 

Thanks for your patients during this transition! Our primary concern is still to provide our customers the best products and support available!
