T1 with DNA or SPL Auditor?

Hi All,

So far I am thinking about the amp for T1. I think Tube amp may be the better choice for T1. Can anyone tell me the best amp for T1.

I saw many treads, but still don't have any idea for it. P.S the source is DAC1 USB. Many Thanks

I love the decware CSP-2 with the T1 over any other amp I heard. Have not heard the DNA or the WA2 b ut both are also from other users very good also. I also like the fact that the CSP-2 is an excellent pre amp and also can drive a power amp so it gives you some more options plus it has a lifetime warranty.

My T1 is really excellent with my Rudistor RP010B, better than the HD800s with this amp (actually much better, relaxed, musical, controlled, great solid bass and midrange).

So maybe T1s would be good with a cheaper Rudistor. I am just speculating have not heard any other Rudistors personally.

If you think the T1 sound excellent with the RP010B wait to listen to them with a Woo Audio WA5-LE. I own the RP010B and I also thought the T1 and HD800 sound excellent with my Rudi but after I listeded to my T1 with a WA5-LE I had no choice but to sell my Apache keep my RP010B and buy the WA5-LE. So far I have not heard better sound out of the T1 and that includes the big Pinnacle and Manley 300B.

Don't get me wrong the RP010B sounds excellent but with high impedance phones a good tube amp really make them sing. On the other hand the low impedance phones like the LCD-2 sound clearly better in the Rudi over the Woo.

Jut my experience and opinion.

The Decware CSP-2 and the Woo Audio WA-2 are both outstanding with the T1.

I think it is a common consensus from most T1 owners they sound better with tubes. I had three solid state amps and they all sounded nice with the T1 but the tube amp took it to another level especially the OTL CSP-2. I can also say it plays on the Taboo but better matched on the other side with my CSP-2 and as Rob who owns them all they are nice on the Woo WA2. They also play on the Woo6 and 6SE but I preferred the sound of the Decware over the 6 and 6SE

I have the Woo WA22+T1's.  Excellent.

Yeah, tubes are nice I have to admit. The B52 drives the T1 to perfection.
