Seriously, with the Thanksgiving Sale going on I would imagine he's drowning in emails and PMs and will process the orders thru his revamped website first.

Reading the several notes he posted in the past few weeks redirecting customers to his new website, if I were you, I would place an order thru the website still and if you can't find the configuration you need there, place a note with the order with the requested changes.  You could mention the PM you sent in reference to the order also so it's not duplicated.

Right now every PM and email he gets will result in less time making, preparing and shipping orders even with his employee, Mike doing his share of the work.

I'm in the same boat, BTW, with several custom IC orders, but I will wait it out until it slows down a bit for them, because custom stuff will always take longer to make.  Not sure if this helps you any, just offering a perspective I've learned this past year on Head-Fi in dealing with not just Whiplash but most of these other family businesses/forum sponsors.  Sometime it takes a bit of extra time during busy seasons but you will get your stuff eventually.

Yeah, I've been wondering about that as well. I ordered IEM replacement cable and LOD on 21/11 via email. How long did you guys have to wait?

I really hope I can get the cables before Christmas holiday as I want them to accompany me on my holiday trip :)

Hey Guys, Warp08 is right we just got a ton of orders during the Black Friday sale, so everything is a little bit behind. I have been working overtime, and working even more when I get home to get everything caught up for you guys! I got the notification a week ago, but the status remains the same as last week. Usually EMS packages get scanned each time they hit PO and take around a week to arrive in Australia. Here's the link to tracking page, and my paypal transaction ID is 9GM62011F6637332C.

USPS is the crappiest carrier ever and UPS is not far behind.  They both lost two separate packages of mine on the same day.  The USPS "Delivery Confirmation" is a joke and absolutely worthless.  And if you add all the insurance, registered mail and other uplift services--btw, why are we paying extra fees just to make sure they are doing their $&%^$* job?--it's not much behind of what FedEx charges.

And even if you insure the package, it can take them as much as 6 months for you to get reimbursed?  No, thanks.
