Hearing problem, what can I do?

It seems like I can't hear as well from my left ear compared to my right. It isn't noticeable normally but when I put on IEMs the vocals seem to come slightly to the right. There is also less detail/bass on the left side. Its not the headphones, I can swap L/R and it still sounds like this.

I just noticed it now having not owned IEMs/headphones in months. Any advice?

I have similar symptoms with my other ear.

The best thing you can do for yourself first is to see a doctor IMO. An ENT specialist at least.

This may actually be perfectly normal. My left ear also hears differently than my right and it seems like I hear less detail in that ear, but when I tested my hearing the audiologist said that my hearing ability is identical in both ears. This may have something to do with the differences between the brain hemispheres.

In all seriousness, it could be a buildup of wax in one ear. Not to say your other ear has none, but the other ear may have more. I am not saying this for sure, 'cause I can't see your ears :P, but it could be as simply as that.
