How to get most out of the cheap RCA stock cables

I have currently no budget i can spare for cable upgrades on my canamp+k701 as i'm searcing for a DAC atm. But i'm trying to see myself if expensive cables worth it for further plans so i have a couple questions in mind for you fellow experienced hifiers.

1.Does braiding a cheap rca cable improve sq ?

2.Would it help to shield the cables with another cable's wrapping or any other cheap material that can be found at home or available with a lowcost ?

p.s. pardon me if this has been discussed before, i have tried searching but couldnt get anywhere.

Borrow a very expensive cable. DBT it. Simple.

IME you get the most out of cheap cables when you put them between 2 very nice pieces of gear. When you put an expensive cable between 2 "mneh" grade things the cable companies get the most out of you.

at the very bottom of the RCA "audio" cable quality scale you could be getting skimpy braid and pig-tailed gnd connection under the plastic overmolding compromising shielding effectiveness

not really much can be done - or even seen without cutting through the overmolded insulation

even modest quality cable for video should have heavier, higher coverage braid and true 360 degree braid termination
