how to disable the sound of m y laptop?

hi all!

My dell laptop speakers are making disturbing noise along with the sound. Can i somehow dead my laptop speakers off the root and use My uSb sound device in its place?

That's a rather confusing sentence you wrote there.

 

You can set the default audio device as the usb device and that should do the trick.

Better still go into your BIOS system and disable it from there.
