Where to buy iPod touch?

Since iPod Touch's aren't hurting for sales, I doubt there will be very many deals on them this Holiday Season. Is that line of thinking correct?

 

The cheapest I could find a 32 gb 4th gen is for $272 shipped off of Amazon.com's "JTOWLE" seller. Would this be the best way to pick up one? And are the Amazon sellers all legit?

Have you considered a refurb through Apple? I buy almost all of my Apple gear refurbished through apple.com. Everything carries a full warranty and I've never had a problem with any of it.
