Is there a better combination than this?

I already have a pair of DT770/250 but I have almost decided that my next purchase is going to be a pair of DT990/600. I currently run my headphones through my stereo receiver but want to put together a headphone only system in the bedroom. My plans for the DT990/600 are the following:

 

Fiio E7/E9

Foxconn Nettop PC used only to stream the music off my main PC to the Fiio

 

Total price for the setup excluding new headphones is $360.

 

The thing is I also have an airport express that I do not use so instead of putting together a PC just to stream I could take the whole $360 and spend it towards another DAC/AMP combo with optical so I could use the airport express as a source. Is there anything in this price range that will have enough power, optical input, and as good of a DAC to power the DT990s?

The B version of the Audio GD FUN sounds like it would be a better idea than the dedicated laptop idea.  Its well under your budget, and will make a great DAC/AMP.
