Can anyone recommend a business where I can get a 1/8" connector thrown onto a headphone cord? I'm located in Brooklyn. It's a simple job, but I'd like to get it done by someone who knows what they're doing. Preferably some kind of reputable audio shop and not an individual. I've tried doing my own soldering with poor results. I also once had some connectors soldered by someone I found on craigslist. They did an okay job but the soldering didn't stand the test of time. I'm just not sure what kind of store to look for; any suggestions will be much appreciated.
