After re-ripping my 500+ CD collection I've been gravitating towards a lot of jazz and blues. I've had the pleasure of rediscovering some of my favorite artists,as well as searching for some of their newer work.
Benoit is really drawing on the past, but giving a fresh look at his style. Tim Weisberg also performs. This is a fresh take on the 70's Jazz I loved so much. The sound quality of this CD, on my system, is very good. The piano and percussion work is excellent. The drums really kicked on my HD-650's. If Botswana Bossa Nova doesn't get your head bobbing you've got no soul ;)
Get a fire going in the fireplace. Open a Westmall Tripel and enjoy!
