I have a homesetup already with denon d2000s and an audiogd sparrow and the sound is great ,although the bass can still be a bit much at times, but I've been wanting to try some IEMs for the longest time. Ive looked around and the dba-02 look to be a really good value given the sound and the price.

also, saw these 2 posts on the forum, not sure how they compare:

Sennheiser IE7 from J&R, $179.99 - $10 coupon code (GEICO10) = $169.99 total.
Free ground shipping in USA and tax only in NY I think.

technically it's not a deal , but in my mind it is so i must say it here
i just saw 2 guys selling their new re-262s for 140/150 dollars....
wow they almost made me buy one more pair !!!
(from 260$ to 140/150$ , that's almost 50% off)

What I care most about is balanced and neutral sound followed by comfort, then isolation.

My budget is up to $175 but I dont have to spend that amount  necessarily.

For $80USD the RE0 are still pretty hard to beat for value especially in terms of balance and neutrality.  Of course that is on your low end of your budget.  DBA-2 are good value even the used RE262 from the packaged deals are good deals.

People like the pfe.

The re0/rezero was artificially hyper-detailed in the mids and not well balanced, it was overrated here for a long time. Just my opinion. I liked it better than the 262, though. Only had a short time with both, though.

I had a short time with the HJE900 and was impressed. It was a modded version with a bit of cotton or foam used to tame the highs a little and bring out the mids a bit. It was quite nice, detailed, transparent. For $90 it would be hard to beat.
