Which amp pairs better with the HD600? The WA3 or the Headroom Desktop AMP/DAC?
Of course, if I get the WA3, I will need to buy a separate DAC for it. Which DAC should I get in the range of around $500 that will pair well with WA3 and HD600?
Also, headroom AMPs have the crossfeed capability. Is this really useful?
Sorry for so many questions :-)
Thanks,

There is a different way to look at this. I'm sure the HeadRoom will rock, it's a great company and they put out really good stuff. Also your Sennheiser will mate with just about any headphone amp out there.
The thing about the Woo's are that they are tube driven, and if you are a fire and forget it kind of a guy, the HeadRoom may be the thing for you. What I have discovered since moving from solid state to tube headphone amps, is that different tubes can deliver starkly different sounds. I'm personally interested in shaping the sound and I like spending time learning about the different types of tubes and reading what others are experiencing so I can try it.
So, it more depends on your habits and likes. Will you like spending time researching DAC's and then learning about tubes? I'm not saying you have to learn about tubes to get a Woo. I'm sure many people get the amp with stock tubes recommended by Jack and never change a thing and are happy that way. I was trying to say that with the Woo, the possibilities there are different and you can go a different way.
Just a perspective with some ideas. If none apply to you, throw them out.
