What is a cheap but good amp to power a sennheiser HD600/650?

Also, is a dac and dedicated sound card necessary to power these bad boys?

how cheap? whats your budget?

 

also, it seems like people think the 600 is easier to drive than the 650. that's what i have read at least.

True. My only concern with the HD600/650 is that I will have to sacrifice the price of the amp if I get the 650s. I would say a maximum of $150 for an amp/dac
