I didn't enjoy my Pro900 properly until I did the felt pad part of the Kees mod.

The treble could be painful and in some songs would actually make me flinch!

Perhaps you are correct though matt, it could have improved with burn in, but I can't be bothered to reverse the mod and see.

You are just too afraid to open up your Pro900's =P

Don't you know it is a sacrilege to open those? Those who do, usually suffer from bad luck and money problems ( usually through endless interconnects and power cord upgrades....)

What sort of music do you listen to with the 900s member1982? And did you Kees mod, and if so did you notice any difference?
