hi all!

What do you love to listen to while exercising? Some heavy rocking music or something like?

"stylo" by gorillaz. the song maintains a pretty steady beat throughout its duration, which makes it perfect for running

Yes, Stylo is great.  I also love their track Empire Ants (from the same Cd)...starts slow but then erupts into this great beat.

Generally I like a lot of electronic/dance/trip hop tracks  such as Massive Attack, Faithless, Kosheen, Depeche Mode some Kraftwerk (especially the Minimum-Maximum Live CD which has great sound/beats).  Also Matisyahu, Bob Marley, lots of 1980s stuff and many many others....I usually tag my files for exercising on importing them into my library.

The Prodigy - Fat of the Land is arguably the best work out CD of all time.

Marilyn Manson - Antichrist Svperstar is pretty good too

Everything by Nine Inch Nails.

VNV Nation is great

It has to rock. Rage Against the Machine or Tool.

I prefer anything that has a driving beat behind it...for example, Lamb of God. I just need something up beat to keep up my momentum

Armin van vuuren, or some trance...just to keep up with da beat. tongue.gif

Slow german techno, because I find that for instance a 128 bpm track gives me more energy then an 145 bpm track.
