I have a hard time picking a favorite - I love Off the Wall and Thriller pretty much in their entirety.  I was lucky enough to grab the Thriller SACD, and just like letting it play from start to finish.  Great music, great production and great performance the entire way.  Big Music (deservedly) and popular music gets a bad rap, but for Thriller, the stars aligned and something really good came out of the studio system.

 

Also, I'm with the OP.  Let's keep this thread focused on the music.  If you don't like Michael, go right on by to one of hundreds of other threads you can post in.

If I had to pick one, Dirty Diana, but Thriller and Billie Jean are right next to it.

I enjoy Thriller in its entirety. Though loath to make a choice, I'll probably choose : Will You Be There, Man in the Mirror and Human Nature.

He had so many, it's fairly hard to choose, but just off the top and not including his work while in the Jackson Five (I know this list would have been different if I wrote this post an hour later):
