Ehh.. i doubt those can even sound close to an AD700.
Sure, there cheap. But why spend money if your not going to be satisfied with the result?

Headset is very useful for gaming indeed. While I have better SQ headphones like K701, I still love PC151.
Three months ago, audio-technica released a headset ATH-770COM. It's about 95USD in Japan. I don't have it but most Japanese owners have said it's the best headset around this price range.
Hey guys -
I finally got the AD700's. I haven't taken them off for like 4 hours. They're comfy, they're clear, they're precise; I can actually hear highs, lows, mids, and everything in between for once in my life. (Side note, I was using skullcandy buds and sony sport headphones before these. HUGE upgrade.) I forgot to mention I'm a musician. When I listen to songs now, as opposed to before with those crappy buds, I can actually pick out every single instrument's individual sound. That's amazing to me. :D
As for gaming, MY GOODNESS. I can hear people shooting literally on the other side of the map. I can hear enemies sneaking up from behind way before they come within knifing range. (I went 43 - 7 my first game with these.) I keep turning my head when someone shoots next to me because it sounds like my brother shooting a rifle out my window. It's so realistic. I love these things.
Cons? They mess with my hair. :P
Just shave your head. Problem solved! I want to try them!
