the proof that you will need is the fact that I am one of their promo client that is eligible for the cable that is supposed to come with my Miracle, but then it didnt came even after all the huhaa that happened! After 1 year or more, despite frequent contacting UM Global for info and a lot more email going out, NONE WAS REPLIED SINCE EVER!! So the Miracle is very good product, so what? Without a good back end customer service support, it doesnt mean anything to the brand. It's like buying a car and no after sales service or spare parts, what will you feel? happy with the car you bought and will recommend people to buy that car? give it a thought, until today, UM has not replied anything to me, including my request on a new product 3DD.
I even asked the rep from another country to help me to direct my question to them, and yet still no reply. Pure awesomeness~
Still no doubt that Miracle is one hell of a product, BUT that ignorant customer service is something to be aware of, and THAT is my point!
