cool! if it is your 1st CIEM then give it at least two weeks. then it will be as good as the right side. happened to me.

I always get spots in that left ear, really annoying, need to start cleaning my ears out with alcohol or tea tree oil or something.

You really should spend about one or two weeks to get used to CIEMs.

No worries. After two weeks, you will judge fairly and rightly whether you need send your Miracles to UM for refit or not. And do remember how you made your impressions. Before you make another new impressions, try to figure out where is wrong, and fix it.

In my case, i used half inches cap of a highlighter as a bite block. However, it still turns out to be very loose in my left ear. Later, i found out i am the few special people whose ear canal will shrink while opening their mouths widely. Now i know, next time, i will just open my mouse a little to only make sure the seal won't be broken while talking.

my Baldur MKIII cable arrived and wow didn't think that it will be this good over the stock cable :P the harshness level went down again and it is more detailed and cleaner too <3 ofc warmer XD

UPDATE: so after hours i noticed it is really not this balanced and punchy in a very strange way.... few things like the drums and some other things started to be punchy and hurt my ear a little very strange from something that is made out of copper, happened in a lot of songs, it does make me tired. didn't happen with the stock cable :/

will test more and see.

any thought guys? or this is really a bad cable :/ i feel like the sound is larger but less musical and make me tired faster that the stock cable

I got my Miracle today. Sounding really good for the price. I think price quality ratio is really on the sweet spot. I'm pairing it with iMod 4G + Vorzamp Duo.

The original cable is pretty much crap, very thin, unlike SE5 cable. I didn't even bother to try it. Chris_Himself made me a hybrid pure occ silver + occ copper for the Miracle.

I ordered mine from UM UK. Customer service was really good, answered my email within hours. I got it within 6 weeks, not bad considering how busy it is right now in UM lab. Somehow they manage to get done in 6 week door to door. Thumbs up for UM UK!

Let us know what you think vs se5

Very early impression:

SE5 is more natural and intimate, while Miracle is fast and fun, more v shaped sound. They both have different sound signature. In terms of technical I think SE5 is on another level, better instrument separation, way more revealing but not tiring.

Coming from Tera Player directly, SE5 has no contest, simply the best. Miracle sounds very wrong paired with TP. With amp is a different story.

Miracle is sounding really really good for prog rock/metal, power pop stuff. I'm listening to TOTO Livefields - Million Miles Away right now, and I am so very impressed with the bass and treble power.
