I will think about it right now because my impressions were lost to me.

I will contact both UM Lab and UM Aus few days later, if UM Lab still can't find my impressions, then i will make another one sending it by DHL just like what you said.

I agree with the sentiment (but perhaps not the vitriol).

Best to forget about them and be super surprised and excited when they arrive out of the blue (even on a second refit like me). Focus on something else to enjoy in the meantime.

Just ordered a Miracle from UM Aus. I was told that the current wait time is 5-7 weeks : ) Guess it's back to my IE8s for now.

I listen to a lot of folk(this one I only sometimes listen to, not too much, others I do listen to a lot), psychedelic rock and electronic, and alternative rock. Thats about all I listen to. I want it to be comfy. I want a laid back sound also. Copied from my thread, these the best I could get? Also, if I do manage to acquire these, which socket type do you guys recommend, also, what kind of wood do they use?

The Miracles handle these genres extremely well. IMO recessed is the way to go.  Most important for any Custom is.......get good impressions! I've worn mine for 7-8 hours straight and was not sore or felt the need to take them out.

I would love to know what the difference is for the fit thing. Anybody know? So the Miracle handles those genres well, sweet! How much do impressions from a audiologist usually cost?

I paid $60. for impressions.

RE: Fit.....one of the best features of the Miracles (and all customs usually) is the great isolation they give. A good fit insures a good seal. Plus IMO, a good seal is crucial to maximizing head phones full potential for the sonic qualities they are designed to give.

Hey Eric don't it sound like I know what I'm talking about? blink.gif LOL   (Joking with my bud)
