Wondering, how much water does it take to destroy an IEM?

 

If a single drop of water fell straight into the nozzle, would the results be disastrous?

Probably not, but don't try lol! Some people have had their IEMs go through the wash and still work.

Good thing I'm very anal when it comes to washing clothes. I check every pocket and turn all my clothes inside out.

Ok, so my Miracles got to UM Aus on Thursday - no email or confirmation whatsoever and I had to email UM labs who confirmed this for me. Friday, and still no Miracles and today, nothing turns up in the mail. Honestly, I am sick of UM's customer service and no matter how good their products are, I will never deal with UM Aus again. This has a $1000 price tag guys. If I pay this much for a product, at least answer my f***ing emails or tell me that they have arrived.

Sorry to hear that as it is exactly the experience I had (no response to emails, no update on progress, etc.) They blamed the Chinese New Year holiday as the cause back then, but I guess this shows that it's something more intrinsic to their organisation (UM Aus / Aus Customs).

 

It's a shame when prestige products (i.e. TOTL in any category) aren't treated to a level of care and attention equal to the passions of the people buying them... the loyalty and positive PR it can generate is SO valuable, especially when it also prevents sentiments like yours, lin0003, and others on this thread.

Oh great!... UM Aus says that they don't have them now... UM labs sent me a racking number with my order number on it and here is what Fedex says:

Now, someone has to be lying here...

I wonder if there will be a drop in sales for them to shake them up or if they will just continue to provide poor service and get away with it? Nothing that any of us can do individually / directly I suppose.

I think that this communication problem is only with UM Aus/Acustoms.
