stephen was on my order all the time, i didnt contact UM at all. i even shipped my imps using DHL directly to the lab. thats why things went so smooth, 

my package was there @ the very 1st day of this month.

I think there is a huge difference between ordering at UM themselve and UM global. Stephen was indeed very present through all the process. Maybe you should contact them directly through their website mail.

yes, just talk to Stephen, the lab isn China, that is where the magic happens, the rest is just a wastef time.

BTW, with my company's discount it costed me $49.00 for the box to ship from Honolulu to China. Left yesterday Thursday and is scheduled to arrive on Monday.

If I ever buy from Unique Melody again (which I doubt I will) ill go direct and speak with Stephen. You're right these third parties are a waste of time and money.

I think Stephen Guo's way of doing it is super. By sending the impressions directly to UM lab i China and then they send it directly to you, you will save a lot of time - and even money also. I saved 25% VAT that way ... tongue.gif

The little problem with Stephen is his website looks just unofficial. 

But, UM Global is much better.

This is also the reason i ordered my Miracles at UM Global.
