rolled off / not very detailed treble is the only negative i've managed to glean from several reviews.

My Miracles sound very detailed and sounds are separated very well in all frequencies. I see yours are on order, boy are you in for a treat when they arrive!

I did and will do FedEx again. Expensive but timely and delivery assured. As with impressions, taking the time to fill out the customs forms clearly and for the lowest common dominator, will help to alleviate any delays.

To me, Miracle has clearly more bass, especially more sub bass, than neutral. A proclaimed bass head might not be satisfied, but a bass head in the closet will, I think. Then ruler flat mids. The treble also seems very right, but since I am 47 my ears don't tell me what a 17 year old might hear. What I do hear in the treble is a better (more flat) response in the treble than both my LCD-2 (too little) and HE-6 (too much). As such, this little thing beats the big boys clearly in frequency response and genre versatility. What a Miracle!

We
I first got my original ear tips for my Etymotic hf3's they fit perfectly. However over the next 18 months the right ear began to not fit well. Wen I ordered the T1's I used the original impressions and when the arrived I had the same issue as with the hf3 tips. With new impressions and a remold everything is ok again.
YMMV....
You might have gained weight in your "next 18 months."
It is said that gaining weight does affect a lot.
heh heh... I actually lost some weight then.
I just got off the phone with Shelley Harvey from JHAudio. She said to me the same thing that Adam Rhodes from ACS Custom said. The two things that keep growing as you age are your ears and your nose. So....There you go from two of the top CIEM companies. It could be years before you need to make any changes but it is possible at some time later you would need new impressions and a re-mold for any custom CIEM.

"I am not an expert with impressions, but they do look complete. I have been told by different Audiologists that you ears can change enough in 6-24 months to require new impressions and a reshell. Since we are all unique, you will simply there is no telling how long yours will fit so that you are happy. You will put them in one day and find they are not fitting as well as they used to. That is when you would get new impressions and then send them in to be reshelled.
My T1's were built from 18 month old impressions. The left one is probably 98% OK, but the right one is only about 90% and it feels, just not right...So back they go for a reshell. Hopefully I am good for awhile.
Good Luck!
Eric"
it is a mail that i got from Eric ^^ hope this is good for you wolf :D
Thanks! That really helped. Well, I'm planning on getting the Miracles in June, or if anybody has other recommendations..

One of my friends just got Tralucent 1plus2, which is a custom-style universal IEM like To Go!334.
He said 1+2 has a great soundstage better than To Go! 334 and JH16, and its overall tune sounds very neutral. According to his brief description, it seems Miracles are similar to 1+2.
BTW, there are some people already mentioning 1+2, but i have no idea if they've owned it or not. You can find their remarks in last few pages.
However, i do NOT recommend these custom-style universal IEMs.
Usually they are slightly expensive than UM flagship, Miracles (950 dollars). They do NOT offer perfect isolation and fitness as those well-done CIEMs offer either.(If your impressions of CIEM is not perfectly done, fitness and isolation will be another story to tell.)
The only advantages they have is to simplify the time of making your impressions and waiting for the finished unit.

Alternatively, if you don't like the sound of a universal fit IEM, you can sell them off at less of a crazy loss if you were to do the same with a custom.
There are benefits of universals over customs. And this is coming from someone who wants/prefers customs.

So you guys can wholeheartedly recommend these? Any other suggestions, please recommend. This is A LOT of money for me. Thanks guys, once again, I listen to psychedelic rock and electronic, indie rock, and a tiny bit of folk. A tiny tiny bit. Also, to the recommendation from Alias, I want customs. Should've mentioned that

Wolfetan44, I doubt you can go wrong with any of the top CIEM's My JH16's arrive in the morning.(I am tracking them like Santa on Fedex now!) and I am very happy with my ACS T1's....There will be differences in each depending on each companies sound signature, but they all build professional level monitors.
