mVa or watt consumption of an external DAC?

Hi there

Does anybody know how many mVa or watts a typical external DAC uses, particularly the 2006 HR microDAC? I need to know because I need to choose a stepdown transformer (220 -110v) capable of providing enough power. I also don't want to buy something too powerful as these things are expensive!

I have tried to find a number but can't find one anywhere.

Thanks in advance.

All this info can be answered if you go to Headroom's site:

Manual:

And if you want a simple solution for switching between countries:

Thanks Region2. Though the information wasn't in the manual I have found that the max output of the Astrodyne PSU is 44watts, so I will go for 100watt.

Thanks
