AOE III for $0.10? What's not to like about that?

I ran Linux exclusively for a couple of years but now that I've been using MS Windows again I've come to find just how well everything in their ecosystem is becoming integrated, polished, and a pleasure to use. Media Center Extender on Xbox, Skydrive, W2k8's flavor of Active Directory, Xbox-GFW-Zune integration, etc. being some random examples. Despite popular opinion I firmly believe MS is headed in a good direction.

So yes, barring the rough edges, MS is a fountain of awesome.

I tried buying this but Xbox LIVE is a bitch to sign up for and then it turned out it's not available in my region. I mean whiskey TANGO foxtrot? This is the internet! Regions make absolutely no difference. Flippin' m$.

Damn, I clicked on the link, saw it was $.10, signed up for a Live account, and it's back to $40.

Oh well.

WHF? The World Heritage Foundation? I'm assuming that was more of a Whiskey Tango Foxtrot moment.

And yes, regions absolutely make a difference. There is a HUGE legal difference with taxes and such. It's not so simple.

The M$ is childish and getting old, to be honest.

That was indeed a WTF moment, not a WHF moment.

Like what? How is me paying 0.10USD any different to someone from USA paying 0.10USD?
