It's the literal translation of the Kanji that make up the japanese word for music (Ongaku)
I love the idea of music just being pleasant noise, because it opens up the possibility for any sound to be music.

This is a nickname I put on one of my charactor for World of Warcraft. Initially to show the time needed to flag someone in PvP, but when I get on to raiding, it always confuse people (or myself rather), especially they need a break....

Mine came during a stint with a professional cycling team in Italy. In those days I was an accomplished sprinter and did not think twice about crossing wheels or shooting an elbow.  Hence, "Il Mostro".

Mine came from an episode of COPS... the officer referred to a victim's injury as "lung struck" and the phrase grabbed me for some reason.
