Woo audio vs Dark voice

I have $60.00 to spend now and was wonder how they compare.I'm runnin ATH M50's and ALO recabled Ultrasone HFi 780's. Thanks.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I dunno how far 60 dollars will get you when purchasing either a Dark Voice or Woo. Lest you meant a higher figure than that.
