Looking for a good IEM for Cowon S9

hi guys, i am new here , just got my S9 last week. it rocks!
so i need help to choose a good IEM for S9.
i am thinking about the IE 8 now because there r lots of good reviews.
and for the price ￡159.99 on amazon it is very attractive

my questions r : 1. IE8 and S9 r good setup for POP and R&B ?

                         2. The IE8 on amazon r original for this price?

Any decent IEMs will work with the S9, and it's EQ capabilities. Can't speak for the IE8, but I'd be careful because while still liked by some, they seemed to have been surpassed my many new models from other manufacturers. Read Joker's review thread for ideas, for example.

Many IE8 appear to be fake even at amazon specially at this price. Haven't you read the thread about fake ie8 here on headfi?

My suggestion for S9  is Radius DDM, I sold my ie8 after I got this.

You can get them in UK as well.

I had a brief affair with my IE8 and the Cowon S9 combo and the synergy was very good.

x2. If you're a EQ type of person you will spend hours tweaking all the settings, but the S9+IE8 has always been a great combo for me

thank u very much for all the good advices. i heared some one said the midrange of S9 is weak, and for my two weeks listening ex is ture.

the voice is little bit far to the ears. so i think a pair of earphone have good midrange would be best for the S9.

PLZ  give me some more advies budget is ￡200
