R50 adaptor.....

I just bought an r50, and it had everything but an adaptor. So I need to get an adaptor. Can anyone recommend me a place I can get the stock adaptor without having to pay an outrageous amount?

If not can I trust an aftermarket adaptor as long as it meets, the voltage and amperage specs?

I would suspect aftermarket ones that meet spec are fine. As for the original, I don't know where you can buy one, but my R37 (little brother to the R50) adaptor was mean $30 at Best Buy a couple of years back, just so it could say Sony.

The MZ-R50 requires a 6V, 800 mA adapter. I'd check at Radio Shack, first.

So heres the deal, I looked at the rs website and heres what I find.

I have This one already, but I do not want to use it because since it is 300 ma it would put strain on the r50.

So How does This one look?
