Silverlight,

Congrats on landing the HE90, they are indeed a very wonderful headphone, still the best I've audition to date.  One day, I'll get the OII+BHSE as its side kick.  :)

eek.gif Makes me want to sell mine.  Wonder who won it...

And I was going to put mine up for 8.5k... maybe I need to give a big "F you" to Head-Fi, forget the spirit of the community, and put mine on ebay, spamming the link on every hi-fi site in existence.....

seriously, 11.3k is just sickening

Wow...11.3k?  Not bad for the HE90!

I don't think you'd be giving the middle finger to head-fi by selling your HE-90 on EBay.  It's your property and yours alone.

Sometimes selling something is just too tempting not to do.  I bought a limited edition Grateful Dead box set when it came out for $89.  I sold it on Ebay a couple years later when it was OOP for $900.  I felt like I could live without it being in my GD collection with that sort of rate of return biggrin.gif

I agree with this entire statement. And it's not just $11.3k that's sickening either.

Now I'm really kicking myself. That could have offset a lot of my headphone 'losses'...frown.gif
