DNA Sonett vs Violectric V200 vs SPL Phonitor

Hello
I am looking for opinions of users who tested or listened to all of the above or at least 2 of them. I am struggling to choose a great full size amp for my JH 16 pro.
which one in your opinion is the most suited.
I prefer neutral sound with great sound stage ( this could be difficult with IEM I know) but not completely cold and boring sound.
Any ideas ?

Thanks for your time

I only have experience with the V200, and not from IEM, so my input may not be too valuable, but there are no responses yet so I will throw some comments out there.  Your IEM is low impedance and high sensitivity, which would not seem to be well-suited for the Phonitor.  The V200 is not super neutral, but it does have a VERY black background, pre-gain settings and seems to work well with low-impedance cans.  DNA Sonnet I don't know much about.  How did you come to select the three amps on your list?  Hopefully someone with more first hand experience will chime in.
