I just want to express my gratitude toward headroom sales team.  Their customer service is excellent.  I sent them an email and expected a few days before a reply, but instead I received a reply within a couple of hours back and forth.  You will not get a generic reply like some other places, but instead a refreshing homey feeling response.  The response is straight foward, to the point, and welcoming. Not pushy or stand offish.  They are willing to work with me to get what I wanted and needed.  Do not hesitate to give them a call or email them and feel free to ask anything.  If customer service is what you are after, then they are the one to deliver.  Thanks Jorge, for the pleasant experience and I will keep you guys in mind for future purchase.

very good website. i like how it's very detailed with high-resolution pictures and descriptions of the headphones.

An aspect i like of it (freq graph's), it helps me when comparing headphones im interested on.

good to know other enjoy their website too.  The good thing about them is that they don't sell fakes and usually purchase their headphones directly from the manufacturer.  They also try to price match other authorize dealers and get you the lowest price as possible.

I've purchased an IEM and the Bithead in the past. They also gave me a new IEM when it got faulty. Very good service.

I've dealt with Jorge, too. He was extraordinarily helpful and kind, and you're right about the turnaround time--within three minutes of sending my E-mail he had responded. And, after some stuff came up and I didn't get back to him for a couple weeks, he still let me have the deal I was asking about. Where do you get that kind of service nowadays?

 

Some people rip on HeadRoom. I get that there are places online where you can get cans for cheaper (that don't qualify for the price match), but at HeadRoom you're paying for the very generous return policy and the expertise of the folks who run the place. It's a small business--I know all about that because my family owns a small business as well. My rule is that if the markup is greater than 15% of what I would pay elsewhere (the restocking fee most places charge), then I might have to go elsewhere. But most times it's not, and with things like Grados you're going to pay the same no matter where you buy, so there's no reason not to get them from somewhere with good service/return policy.

Headroom boys are reliable and fast. I ordered from them a portable amp, and it was on my house in less than 5 days! They always offer advice and reviews on each headphone model.

Too bad they dont ship to western australia (at least i dont think they do). We have zero dedicated headphone shops here and have to get everything off ebay.

that stinks. maybe send them an email and see what they can do. i don't know why a company would deny a product based on the customers location.

I completely agree. I just purchased a pair is Demon IEMs from them and it was another great transaction. I called and spoke Ben and Travis before pulling the trigger on the purchase and they were friendly and helpful.

I truly do enjoy looking at the specs and frequency graphs when doing my research. For that reason I try to support them as much as possible.
