Source of "4 way" mini jacks?

Hello everybody,

 

My triple.fi 10 cable is officialy dead and i'm looking for a way to ressurect it. The problem is common: broken wire near plug. Now, that's a version with microphone so I need a new plug that has four connections instead of three. Any idea where I can buy one like that?
