Actually I don't need anything, what am I doing here again? <--giving in to some kind of weird addiction

LOL, if you do that, I'm taking a train to Twente, what a comparison that will be. (minus 702, plus DT48)

No seriously, there's something holding me back about doing such a thing, don't know why exactly, maybe I will some day.

Just bought (almost never) used AKG K501's for 85 dollars incl.delivery (65 euros, marktplaats). If I don't like them, I think I won't have a problem losing them on the FS forum, without loss. Just curious how they sound.

that description about the drum sound, sounds good. You need that to hear the little, fast cymbal thingies and bells (they do that sort of things a lot with prog. drumming) with good separation. Not everything to be drowned in muddy, loud base.

Haha, you're right about the addiction! biggrin.gif

But those headphones were just suggestions, I'm not saying I would order ALL of them! darthsmile.gif
