most hi-fi DAC I can get? Ibasso Dual Dacs? $300

Hi all,

I'm completely lost in looking at DACs. I've only had an Ibasso D10 and a Nuforce mobile. I'd like to know what are the highest fidelity DACs that I can get for around $300. Would a dual DAC give considerable improvement? I am using a Woo tube amp BTW. Thanks for your help!

$300 is better spent on new/ different headphones or music IMO. I don't see that amount spent improving significantly on the D10.

I'll second that. I think source is the least important aspect.

thanks for the advice! so does this mean that the Ibasso D10 is already an excellent DAC? I would think a dual DAC may be even more impressive. course, i dont really know...

Yes, the D10 is an excellent DAC.  It's one of my favorites under $500.  You are not going to find anything under $300 that is a major improvement.
