Organic chemist needed

Hello all,

So maybe this isn't the best place to search for.

Being a part-time lab technician, I recently came across the Palytoxin:

I am interested in its systematic nomenclature (according to IUPAC rules). Now of course you can't count the rings in your backbone, but first what are those rings? Furan? Pyran? Oxepane?

So the longest continuous carbon chain that I counted is 23. So Tricos. What now?

There is a reason it is called palytoxin.  If you saw the IUPAC name, it wouldn't make any sense to anyone.  Systematic name generators exist on the web.  I used to use ISIS/Draw + a plugin, but I think that particular program has gone the way of the dodo.  Anyway, it looks like you have drawn it already in some ChemDraw or similar format, so just find a name generator.  Computers are much better at following rules than a human ;)

I am not a chemist by I don't think a chemist would take the time to do it.

I said that because I had a lot of organics during my MsC and now I don't even remember the name of the groups there.
