Need Phiaton Support help on earpads for the ms400

Well, over the past few weeks I've tried to contact Phiaton via email and the phone support with no success in actually getting a reply or someone to pick up.  So I am posting here to try to get some support.  

 

I just wanted to know if Phiaton sells the new black MS400 earpads, or if they will actually sell me a set.  I love my MS400s to death and even did a review on them here, but I would love to test and see the new black pads first hand.

I'm also interested in a set of black earpads, or even an extra set of red as backup. So does this mean you're keeping your ms400 swbf?

We actually do not have any black ear pads for sale at the moment. We do have the red however.
