MDR V150s or Skullcandy riots?

Hey guys,sorry if its the wrong section,but i own a pair of sony mdr v150 headphones,not really great stuff but it was free so ,yeah.

Now i want better head/earphones and saw this pair of SC riots in a store.i can only spend like20-25 USD.Also,not many cool headphones are available out here.So are the riots better than the mdrs?Bass,noise canc. etc,u know.Oh and theres a senheisser store here too,but im not sure if they have such cheap stuff.So,should i take the candies or can i find something in the sen store?

Yes it is the wrong section - you posted in the DIY forum.

 

We dont care much about skullcandies here. I know nothing about <$20 headphones except the Koss KSC75s are nice.
