Strange buzzing from Audio g-d amp

Amp: Audio g-d Compass (I'm using the DAC also)

Headphones: Shure SE425 (or a comparable version from a year or so ago [I don't remember])

I usually use my K701's with the amp, and have had no problems, but now that I am using the Shures I am noticing a quiet, but audible buzzing coming form the amp.

Observations:

The buzzing persists no matter what input I switch the amp to, even if I remove all source cables (I am only using the USB).

The volume doesn't make a difference. Neither does High-Gain or low gain.

Switching the amp into "S" mode. I think "S" mode bypasses the amp and only uses the DAC.

If I plug the headphones into a computer they don't buzz.

I will note that I recently switched the HDAM.

I don't have the other HDAM with me or the K701's to test the difference.

Does anyone know what might be causing this? It's kinda driving me crazy, even though its relatively low volume.

I just switched the compass to non-dac mode, only using the amp. I guess the HDAM could be causing the problem since I never noticed it before with the other HDAM.

Any ideas why this HDAM would be causing a buzzing?

EDIT: Shit it keeps buzzing even if I remove the HDAM
