You're definitely not alone.  I'm on my third pair and if I lose this I'll probably buy another.  (But not from Amazon.  The price there has shot up from $160 to $300.)

Sorry to hear that.  I think I lost my ER-4P's on my last trip to NY.  I am still looking high and low for them.  I've had them for like 5 or more years.  My second pair of headphones and certainly the pair I got the most out of.  I was surprised by prices as well.  I remember seeing them for $160 before.....

My ER4 came from Provantage for $180 but they don't seem to carry them now...only ER6i for $65.

I came up with Sears being a low price @ $212 + $7 standard shipping to me.

Thanks GreatDane!  I still haven't given up hope that I miss placed them somewhere.

I am sorry the OP lost their headphones and don't want to jack this thread.  However, I had exhausted all efforts to find these puppies.  I sold off all my headphone equipment aside from these (went to speakers).  I called the cleaners even to see if they found them.  The last time I had them was when I went to NY.  The cleaners said they had not found any headphones.  WELL....  I went in this morning to drop off my dry cleaning.  As I was turning around to leave, one of the guys said....  Mr. Johnson, I think I found what you called about the other day.  He handed me a little bag stapled together and sure enough my Ety's were in the bag    I darn near hugged the guy.  Shook his hand like two times and left smiling ear to ear.
