Hello,

Recently I upgraded my dac to the Audio-GD 19DF.
Frequently When I touch / press the power button I can hear static noise through my headphones, I would like to know if this is bad.

Perhaps a Ground/Loop problem ?

Is your power network correctly grounded ?

When i power down my Dac 19 DF i hear that noise too, no noise at all only for touching the power button, i never have problems with that, just turn off your headphone amp before the dac (as is always recommended).

I always first turn the headphone amp off first, and when I touch the power button with something else I hear no noise at all.
