Amp or DAC for HD650's?

I am going to be getting a modded HD580 with HD650 drivers and I need an upgrade. 

I only have a uDac right now. I need something to either plug into said uDac or something like the Audinst MX-1 that can drive any set of cans.

 

What would you guys recommend?

 

Budget is <$200 but stretchable to $250. Prefer not to get something that will be shipped all the way around the world.

When I had my 650, I thought it had wonderful synergy with the HeadRoom AirHead.  Its a small portable amp with tons of driving force.  I now use the BitHead, which is the same amp, plus a nice little DAC.  It, (the DAC section) is not as good as the uDACs, but I find the amp section to be far better.  The uDAC can have a smallish sound to it at times when asked to drive full size cans, the Air/BitHead does not.
