Which cell phone has the best dac+amp?

I have a Nokia N82. Music seems to play better there than my PC with integrated sound card (ie no sound card) or my Nokia 6210.

 

So obviously some cell phones have better dac+amp than the others. But which one is the best?

 

What should we look for when shopping for a cell phone that doubles as an MP3 player?

My HTC Incredible is my music player. It's used more as a music player than anything else. The stock software limits it's true capabilities though. I have mine hacked and was able to get much improved sound quality and volume out of it.

 

I installed a root only app called DSP Manager which is a software EQ and room effects/crossfeed. The bs2b based crossfeed is amazing! I am also using the audio drivers from the Desire HD in place of the stock audio drivers. The Desire HD drivers are just better sounding overall and allow for increased overall volume.

S60 is the outdated OS from Nokia....

oh, well DSP Manager is for android. not sure if there is something similar on S60.
