Best OpAmp for use under 7 Volts

Thread Starter

Thinking about rolling the opamp on my C&C XO but not too sure as to what will be compatible.

Lots of threads on opamps but not many giving power ratings. Some opamps I am currently considering are:

LT1364 (Recommendation from Avro-Arrow)

TLE2142

OPA2111

OPA2227

OPA2228 (Will the High gain mode on the XO Suffice?)

?AD744 (Might be borderline based on Tangent's site)

AD823 (Just realized this is the stock for the XO, Thought it was the AD623 previously)

What else should I look at? How would you rank the above? Which of the above will work?

Any feedback is appreciated.

LT1364 is rated down to +-2.5 volts or 5 volts single ended.

It's also pretty tolerant of less than idea layouts.

Might be worth a try, it's my favorite.
