Should I get a Fiio E7 for this set up?

Recently I switched from my westone 3 to IE8

it's still burning in right now but I was wondering is there a huge benefit from adding the e7 to cowon s9+ie8?

you might consider looking into ibasso T3 as its a great IEM amp  for its size and price especialy if you are looking just for an amp and not dac as E7 has basicly same amp section as E5 according to FiiO reps.

to be honest my bigger problem right now is I can't decide if i should really get an amp at all

does it really bring a big benefit to this set up?I'm worry because the s9 don't have a LOD 

on the other hand i do have ipod touch 2g, would itouch+lod+amp sounds better than s9+amp?
