Floor noise on WA5

I just recived a WA5 amp. I used a HD800 and ER4P (with adapter) on it. I can hear big floor noise at any volume expecially at high gain. I definitely can hear this floor noise at low gain too, but a lot quieter.  I tried both stock tubes and my own premium tubes. No change. Can you please share your opinion on this issue? Thank you in advance!

Did you try a different wall outlet?  Can it be a ground issues?  I don't have a WA5 but using my JH13 and WA22, it is dead quiet with no music playing.

I have a WA5-LE and it is pretty quiet unless I trun the volume knob up very high then I can hear a buzz but I think it is becuase is overdriving the tubes and normal volumes is death silent.

Do you replace all the tubes (Power, driver and rectifier)? Sent and email to Jack. He is very helpful and fast responding.
