I've search through similar threads and found no consensus. I don't expect to find one, but some first-hand input would be nice.
Current phones = Grado 225i
Future phones = m50s or FA-003s
I'm looking for an amp or dac/amp for the Grado, hopefully one that will also sound decent with my future purchase (Grado is more important for sure though). I'm currently using my soundcard (Xonar DX) so I'm not sure if I need to go dac or if an amp would be enough? Budget isn't that great right now, probably around $200.
Any recommendations?
